My mission is to help people heal and find peace through a positive process that makes the work you’re doing exciting, even when it's hard. I believe that we’re all “rough drafts”: people in progress, with countless opportunities for new iterations. I try to give people a space to be imperfect while working toward a more authentic and intentional version of themselves. I use an approach called IFS, in which we work to accept all parts of you as good and valid even when they are not always helpful. We will access a deeper, more grounded Self that exists inside of you and has unlimited capacity for healing and self-leadership.
