Congratulations on taking your first steps on your mental health journey! I am happy you are here. I am committed to working alongside my clients to reach their mental wellness goals while providing tools to help along the way. I counsel adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My clinical areas of expertise are mood disorders, trauma, interpersonal conflict, conflict management, and promoting well-being. I have experience working in partial hospitalization programs which have allowed me to define and sharpen my competency in these areas.
