I work with individuals exposed to high-stress, morally complex environments who carry the weight of responsibility, exposure, and ethical conflict—often long after the incident has passed. I believe resilience is not about “toughing it out,” but about having the right support to process what you’ve been asked to hold. Relationships, whether with partners, families, colleagues, or oneself are central to healing and sustainable well-being.
