About
Many feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or depression not because they lack insight, but because they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I work with individuals who want a shift from surviving into building a life with intention, structure, and meaning. My approach is solution-focused and action-oriented, emphasizing practical steps that create momentum, strengthen clarity, and restore a sense of agency without getting lost in endless analysis or abstract theory. We focus on observable change, sustainable habits, and practical confidence that transfers directly into life and relationships. I integrate nature-based therapy and walk-and-talk sessions for clients who feel more grounded outside traditional office settings. Movement and open space often lower emotional defenses and invite honest reflection. Subtle philosophy is woven into the work, exploring identity, responsibility, and meaning in a practical way that supports real change.
