In the daily grind, it can be a challenge to pinpoint the sources of stress, anxiety, and depression that leave us stuck or set us back. For all of us, there are patterns in our relationships with others and with ourselves that often go unexplored. Through a psychodynamic approach, I work with patients to identify these patterns and work to understand them better to lead to emotional growth. I believe in meeting people where they are and developing a strong therapeutic alliance that fosters collaboration and mutual understanding. I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds to trace how the problems of the here and now developed and to create a roadmap for addressing them and moving forward.
