I am a licensed psychologist in NJ and NY with over 20 years of experience working with adults (18+) to improve their quality of life. I create a safe, supportive environment in which to explore what may be creating obstacles to taking control, feeling better and having more satisfying relationships. When people are in pain or feel “stuck”, this can help to empower them to make changes that lead to a healthier life. Appreciating one’s culture, family background and life experiences is essential to understand a person’s perspective and values to gain insights.
