I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship and communication challenges, and significant life changes. My approach is warm and collaborative, combining self-exploration with practical strategies to help clients feel more confident, connected, and grounded. I work with children, teens and adults. I welcome parents to reach out to discuss therapy options for their child or teen and to determine whether we’d be a good fit.
