I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist dedicated to fostering inclusivity, resilience, and emotional well-being. Often times we cannot move forward in our healing due to a lack of support, being heard and seen, or being stuck in shame. I assist my clients away from thoughts of "What is wrong with me?" to "What happened to me?" Biological, psychological, and social factors all contribute to our wellbeing. I am here to explore, remain curious, and find ways to assist every client to obtain the support and coping skills needed to thrive. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
