Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, exhausted by survival mode, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin living in a way that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentic. I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity-related concerns, including sexuality, LGBTQ affirming, coming out, and gender exploration.
