Work begins in those moments when life feels heavy, confusing, or unfair. I help adults and families uncover what’s beneath the surface, the beliefs, fears, and patterns that quietly shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. When you can see those patterns clearly, you can finally start to change them. I have extensive experience helping men navigate emotional stress, relationships, and identity, as well as supporting adolescents and families dealing with conflict, impulsivity, or problematic sexual behaviors (PSB). These are not easy conversations — but they are life-changing ones when held in a space of understanding and respect.
