As a psychologist, my mission is to help my clients cultivate hopeful, meaningful lives. I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and transitional stressors. I want to help you manage or overcome negative symptoms, increase your sense of hope, and navigate transitions, whether you are dealing with career changes, divorce, relationship issues, communication concerns, sexual identity concerns, trauma, or loss.
