I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who thinks of therapy as a collaborative process between therapists and clients. As the guide in this relationship, my job is to help clients recognize, understand, and overcome challenges that continue to impact the quality of their life. My aim is to use cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as other research-based interventions, to assist clients in implementing necessary changes in their lives while providing safety and connection in a meaningful therapeutic relationship
