If you are a millennial or Gen Z individual, you may know what it is like to experience challenging relationships with family members, partners, or even friends while trying to maintain your own boundaries and values. Maybe you grew up with parents who didn't understand you, or you are getting into more arguments with your partner. On the outside, you look like you are doing fine, but inside, you are filled with self-doubt or even anger. I work with clients who find themselves in challenging families or relationships and are ready to make a change for themselves.
