I work with young to middle aged men and couples who are balancing things like depression, anxiety, relationships, careers, academics, athletics, family life, and a variety of other situations life can throw at us. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, young men, athletes, veterans, first responders, and more. Couples often come in still committed, but in the midst of a crisis, or stuck in patterns of miscommunication or emotional distance. They want stronger relationships, clearer communication, and a greater sense of confidence, purpose, and connection in the lives they are building.
