I work well with clients from all walks of life who have identified that something is not working for them and they would like to enhance their "tool set." While I am able to work with a wide range of issues, the most common that tend to present themselves are related to changes in life, anxiety, or depression. I believe that each person tries to do the best they can with what they have. Sometimes what we have is not quite enough for a problem and we need to learn a more effective way of dealing with issues. It is not in my ability to change a person, I only help them change themselves to the degree they are willing.
