Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I often enjoy working with clients who are dealing with repressed emotions from past challenging events or trauma. This might look like increasing anxiety, conflict with others, or sadness. Perhaps you’ve been in “survival mode” for most of your life, and now you’re ready to start processing.
