I work with adolescents and young adults who are looking for deeper understanding, meaningful change, and a therapist who is both direct and compassionate. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or carrying experiences that continue to affect how they see themselves and their relationships.
