I have been a social worker for over 25 years. During that time I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals and families experiencing a variety of issues including trauma, addiction, grief and loss, relationship issues and stress. When left unresolved, these issues often cause other problems that prevent us from living our best lives. In therapy, we will collaborate as a team to work towards achieving your goals. I use a client-centered approach and think that developing the client-therapist relationship is essential to helping you address and alleviate the concerns you are having.
