Currently accepting new clients in MA and NH. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. In our work together, we focus on helping you slow things down, understand your emotional patterns, and develop tools that actually fit your real life. Creating a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and learn how to relate to yourself with more compassion and clarity is always my goal in sessions. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, rumination, self-esteem concerns, and relationship patterns rooted in attachment or past experiences.
