I work towards building genuine and trusting relationships with those I support above all else. I believe the relationship between client and provider is the true space for change. I invite humor, compassion, empowerment, and honesty into sessions as she helps others work through whatever challenges they may bring. I practice primarily from a trauma-focused, person-centered (it’s all about you and the gifts you already have) and systems (relationship dynamics) perspective, incorporating other therapy techniques as needed. Because of this, I would call myself an Eclectic Counselor above all else.
