I specialize in working with teens and young adults to help them address; self-esteem, self-efficacy, addiction, relationship conflicts, and emotional regulation difficulties. I also work with adults to help them address; addiction, relationship building, increasing communication skills, chemical use and behavioral concerns with their children, as well as helping them find balance in their own lives. I work with families to address any conflictual family dynamics as well as couples with relationship difficulties. I want to help empower you to get back to the life you want. I have completed two Master degree programs and am dually licensed. I hold a LADC (License Alcohol and Drug Counselor) as well as a LPCC (License Professional Clinical Counselor).
