As every client I encounter comes with a unique story and tools to process and approach life, I specifically tailor my work to meet my clients where they are, utilizing a wide range of interventions to assist in their healing journey. Using a combination of approaches like art therapy, IFS, partswork and more, I am best able to support each and every person in the direction they seek, to new paths once yet not noticed. My goal is to ultimately bring people closer to their ideal life. The one they seek to build, grow and prosper in. A way to defeat old beliefs and cycles we all get stuck in at some point.
