I have over 25 years' experience helping individuals, families & couples with a variety of issues including: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Self-Confidence, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Strengthening Families Communication, Trauma Issues. I primarily utilize a Cognitive-Behavioral Approach, providing concrete tools to assist clients navigate through their challenges. Will respond to all client calls within 24 HOURS. I am also a Qualified Clinical Supervisor in the State of Florida and able to provide Clinical Supervision to Registered Interns practicing to become Licensed Mental Health Therapists in Florida. Able to offer a reduced hourly rate for this service.
