Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, I support clients in managing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I specialize in evidence-based care for co-occurring mental health conditions, substance use concerns, and trauma. Using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, harm reduction, and holistic approaches, I work with you to support meaningful, sustainable change at your own pace.
