Individuals who seek my help and support are those who know something has to change and are not sure what or how change needs to take place. If you are experiencing unstable relationships, emotional responses, fear and regret leading you to have an overall state of depression or anxiety, I would like to help. Survivors who recognize they have trauma or even those who minimize their traumatic experiences would be ideal clients as helping others heal from trauma has always been my passion and where I hope to make the most impact in the field of counseling and in the world. Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist, specializing in eating disorders, sexual abuse, domestic violence, mental health for individuals, couples and families including those struggling with addictions. Trained in both, TIR and EMDR modalities, to promote healing and long-term wellness. My goal is for clients to feel heard, seen and regain their voice.
