Jacqueline is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a dual Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from West Virginia University. She has many years of experience as a vocational rehabilitation counselor. She assists individuals with psychological aspects of chronic illnesses and various disabilities, illicit backgrounds, co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, and complex needs in obtaining optimal mental health, economic self-sufficiency, and independence.
