Through trust and collaboration we start to build understanding so the anxiety and depression often seen with food concerns doesn't dominate one's life. Struggling with food can lead to obesity, bulimia and anorexia. Definitions of addiction are complicated but if you think of food before relationships, or you're in a physical and psychological state you feel you cannot share with others then maybe it's time to come in for healing. I've had the honor of working with hundreds of people over the past 25 years witnessing and fostering recovery from eating issues and related disorders.
