I believe counseling offers an opportunity for clients to learn more about themselves and build hope for the future. My goal is to partner with my clients to help them identify their strengths, learn strategic tools to overcome obstacles, and live happy and fulfilling lives. I aim to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to express themselves and explore even the most challenging topics. I tailor my services to meet my clients’ unique needs and desired areas of focus.
