I help clients work through varied challenges to make meaningful changes in their lives. We will work together to build a deeper understanding of yourself and build coping tools. You do not need to struggle with your feelings alone! My goal is to help you cope with feelings, improve your relationships, and find hope in your life. I believe in this process and will provide space for you to begin the healing process of understanding and working through the challenges in your life. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use a person-centered approach. I help with struggles around mood, anxiety, self esteem, body image, relationships, postpartum and parenting. We will work together on this journey, to develop healthy patterns, deeper understanding, and coping tools to deal your stress and struggles.
