My approach is grounded, conversational, and free of judgment. Clients often tell me it feels like talking to someone who “gets it,” while still being guided in a way that creates real change. You don’t have to have the perfect words, the perfect mood, or the perfect version of yourself when you show up. Just come as you are. My background in neuroscience allows me to add a unique layer of understanding to my client's behavior patterns. By understanding what we do and why we do it, we have the advantage to overcome the barriers we face.
