I have a demonstrated record of success working with diverse adult populations presenting with multiple problems from the mildest to the most severe. I believe therapy is a relationship in which the client brings their resiliences and experiences because they are the only person who knows themselves. As the therapist, I am knowledgeable about mental health treatment. I believe that power in therapy comes from a therapeutic space and relationship where the client feels safe, trusted, unconditional positive regard, and acceptance by the therapist.
