Stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and conflict in relationships can rob people of joy and wellness. My focus is to partner with clients, uncover their strengths, and help them achieve the goals they have identified. I believe that people are fully capable of change, and I create a safe, non-judgmental, and trusting environment to assist people in the healing process.
