I work most often with folks who live with depression, anxiety, and/or eating disorders; although I have experience working with a wide variety of needs and goals. I'm interested in earning your trust, getting to know the real you, and supporting you without judgment. If we can be authentic with each other we can make a plan to move you towards your goals. I will utilize multiple evidence based practices to support you, but tend to gravitate most to a DBT approach. I believe laughter is some of the best medicine, and tend to use a lot of humor with my clients.
