I was a senior in college the first time I went to therapy. It was time of incredible upheaval, uncertainty and change. Uncertainty can often spark depression, anxiety and relationship conflicts. I know first hand the kind of inner chaos that transition periods can create. As a therapist, I aim to help you find your footing and feel grounded as you navigate your mental health amidst a constantly changing landscape. I believe in a client-focused, strength based, holistic approach to therapy where together we work to identify and reduce both the symptoms and causes of distress.
