When life feels overwhelming, confusing, or out of control, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adults navigating challenges related to life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and bipolar disorders—helping you find clarity, calm, and a sense of control amidst the chaos. I also support clients healing from complex trauma, often rooted in family or relationship experiences, and I have experience working with clients involved in the criminal justice system. I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with a concentration in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling.
