I bring to my practice years of experience with adults and children who encounter anxiousness, depressive moods, worry, stress, ADHD challenges, behavioral issues, relational conflicts, challenging life transitions and trauma. Together we will work towards personal growth to help you heal from past difficult experiences, gain self awareness, and explore what is important to you in building a meaningful life. I work with people of all genders, sexualities, and socioeconomic, racial, and cultural backgrounds. My warmth and curiosity help me collaborate with you, so that you get what you want from our sessions.
