My therapy approach focuses mainly on working with adults, college students, adolescents and couples who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected or uncertain about their next steps. I believe therapy is about true self awareness. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported as you work towards meaningful self understanding. I work with individuals navigating multiple issues including stress, depression, anxiety, academic stress, life transitions, relationship stress, identity questions or adjustment issues.
