I have experience working with both youth and adults seeking support with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, dealing with significant life changes, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for exploration and growth. I integrate evidence-based techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients learn useful skills and cultivate psychological flexibility. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I believe in empowering individuals to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
