I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with five years of experience. I specialize in helping clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I work collaboratively with my clients to achieve the goals we establish together in therapy. I provide a safe space to process complex emotions and explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. During our first session, I work on establishing rapport and identifying goals for therapy. My greatest strength is providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients. Through active listening and empathy, I help my clients navigate the difficulties they are experiencing. I enjoy working with clients to help them become the best versions of themselves.
