Every client is unique and my goal is to work with you towards positive change. If you are looking to feel heard, to better identify and understand your emotions, and to develop coping strategies, I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can openly discuss concerns and work towards your personal goals. Areas of focus include anxiety, ADHD, religious trauma, addiction, adoptive/foster families, and challenges/trauma related to LGBTQ+ issues. I am passionate about working with kids, using play therapy and building a solid foundation of trust with them and their families to construct an effective tool kit. I enjoy working with adults too (they are just big kids, after all), collaborating with them to navigate their individual challenges.
