I am grateful you are here and support you in your efforts to connect and take a step towards change. I am a therapist because I believe in the human experience. I honor the opportunity to companion others as they grow and become more connected and authentic versions of themselves. My approach to therapy is both eclectic and collaborative. Each person has a unique set of circumstances and a story that is intricately woven together by experiences. I use therapy as a tool to guide individuals to a place of curiousity, self-compassion and use a variety of techniques to assist in identifying, understanding and shifting barriers
