Hello- I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker, based in Dutchess County, NY, who works with individuals across their lifespan. My focus tends to be on those individuals who are struggling with feelings of self worth and internal motivation. I am particularly sensitive to those who are facing moments of transition, such as graduating from school or taking a new job, when one’s internal dialogue can become conflicted and symptoms of anxiety and self doubt can emerge. I believe we are all capable of hard work but at times need someone to remind us of that.
