My approach to therapy is rooted in the power of the therapeutic relationship. With respect & care, I draw from evidence-based treatment modalities with a non-judgmental, individualized approach. I provide therapeutic support to adults (ages 18-55), teens, couples and families via telehealth, with some availability for in person sessions. I accept most major insurance plans and self-pay.
