About

My specialty lies in helping individuals and families overcome the impact of traumas, transitions, and other major life events. I also specialize in the perinatal period, specifically pregnancy loss and postpartum. I believe in creating a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space to support you in reaching your goals, and commit to doing my own personal work to create a practice that is culturally-responsive and anti-oppressive. In addition to direct therapy, I provide caregiver/parent coaching, providing you support and tools to strengthen the parent-child relationship. I also offer clinical supervision toward LCSW licensure hours.
