Many adults seek an ADHD evaluation after years of masking, compensating, or feeling like they “should” be functioning better. Finally, this gives you a chance to obtain a diagnosis that allows you to pursue medication consultation, request accommodations at work, deepen your self-understanding, and gain direction for therapy. My evaluations focus on real life functioning at home and work and executive functioning skills as well as the emotional cost of being undiagnosed. I am a neurodivergent and compassionate clinical psychologist who specializes in adult ADHD. The goal is to make you less overwhelmed in your life.
