I am passionate about supporting clients who have experienced trauma and are ready to begin their healing journey. I am committed to walking alongside each individual with empathy and respect, offering client-centered, solution-focused strategies tailored to their unique needs. My approach is grounded in a strong belief in the power of personal growth and transformation. I strive to empower clients to make meaningful, lasting changes that enhance their overall behavioral health and well-being. I bring 12 years of experience helping navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and grief/loss. As the spouse of a law enforcement officer, former EMT-B, and the daughter of a veteran, I have a personal and professional commitment to supporting the veteran and first responder community. I understand the unique stressors and sacrifices that come with serving in high-stakes roles, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients.
