Hi, I'm Jaime - therapist, parent coach and author. I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD and specific fears/phobias. Living with anxiety, OCD and phobias can be very challenging. Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) a form of CBT, is the gold standard of treatment for helping children, teens and adults overcome OCD and/or specific fears and phobias. ERP leads to increased feelings of resiliency and the ability to tolerate anxiety in the moment.
