Using a blend of humanistic and mindful approaches, I help you develop coping strategies, build resilience, and improve emotional regulation, so you can create lasting positive change. I offer virtual therapy to anyone living in California. I am both Perinatal and EMDR certified. I am specializing in motherhood, be that through adoption, IVF, grief, & loss, or selecting termination. I am also passionate about childhood trauma. I using a feminist approach, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
