Hi there, I'm Jaimie! I approach each client individually to focus on their goals, using a combination of CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT. I typically work with 16-80 years of age, a variety of populations. I found my passion was with the underserved, sometimes forgotten or demonized populations. My passion for LGBTQ+ is from being a part of the population as well as several family members in this population. I then worked in rural Alaska.
