I am currently a clinical supervisor at this clinic and also work at a supervisory capacity at the regional hospital. I have over 25 years of mental health work experience in various settings; from residential inpatient facilities to research centers, from hospitals and correctional centers to private practice and specialty clinics. I have a BA in psychology from Bard College and a Master of Science from Columbia University. I use evidence-based practices as well as traditional mind-body approaches to help clients find the right balance and alleviate suffering. I have over 40 years of experience teaching meditation and martial arts.
